Abstract:
Conflict is a natural part of any inter-human relationships. It is based on the different views that people have of the world in general and of certain things or situations in particular. In most organizations and communities, conflicts appear as a result of situations or problems that individuals manifest with strong feelings and about which they are usually not well informed. Considered as a real psychosocial phenomenon, involving intra and intersubjective oppositions and confrontations, it highlights a series of features or objective properties on the basis of which it can be analyzed and evaluated both in quantitative and qualitative terms. This paper aimed at a careful analysis of the sources of conflicts from pharmaceutical field as well as the importance and role of communication in this domain
