Its purpose was to identify the vulnerabilities of volunteer management project in the context of the economic and financial crisis, as well as organizational behavior during times of crisis.  In conclusion, the economic and financial crisis has a major impact on education and on the labor market, producing demographic and economic changes in the context of globalization. Thus, the strategy of the European Union includes "voluntary activities" among priority areas that can maximize the social and economic benefits of the community.
